About Me I am a born teacher, nurturer and space holder. I am passionate about supporting and guiding people towards who they were born to be. To hold space for deep and gentle transformation to take place, as individuals peel back the layers of conditioning and trauma they have picked up throughout their lifetimes. To do so I draw on years of study of countless modalities, as well as the lived experiences of my own healing journey; overcoming childhood and adult trauma, anxiety and depression, a number of physical health issues, emotional repression and a lack of self worth. I have been dedicated to my own inner transformation and doing the deep inner work that has brought me to my knees a number of times. Through this journey I have gained a depth of wisdom and understanding that I now love to share with others and use to support them on their own journey. I am deeply intuitive and use this to guide the work that I do, allowing me to work with each person in a truly individual way, teaching and guiding them in a way that is most impactful for them.
