Lear n to Meditate Course
Over three 90 minute sessions on consecutive days, learn a meditation technique that will have a positive impact on all aspects of your life . A practice that can be done anywhere, any time, one hundred percent on your own. It is suitable for all levels of meditation experience, from total newbies to experienced meditators.
About
Throughout the three sessions of this course you will be taught a Being meditation technique. This Being style meditation is based on Vedic and Transcendental meditation practices. A Being meditation is a gentle and easeful approach to meditation that focuses on cultivating presence in an effortless, non-judgemental way.

Three 90 minute sessions over three consecutive days
Complete the course feeling confident in practicing the 20 minute Being meditation on your own and cultivating a regular meditation practice
Learn about the different meditation experiences you may have
Understand how meditation impacts your mind and body
Post course have access to twice monthly group meditation sessions for continued support on your meditation journey and access to a wonderful meditation community
Courses are held predominately online, but pop up in person courses are offered and can be arranged

Join in with a group of epic humans that are ready to take their next steps on their meditation journey. No prior meditation experience is required to join a course.
Group courses take place at a set time and date.
