A Month of Self-Compassion
Build your self-compassion tool box by learning a variety of practices that you can use to cultivate compassion for yourself! Receive daily practices in your inbox that will support you in building your self-compassion muscle and participate in workshops that will help deepen your understanding of compassion from a scientific and spiritual perspective.
Self-compassion is associated with improved psychological wellbeing and is likely to increase feelings of happiness, optimism, curiosity and connectedness. It can also help decrease rumination, fears of the future and failure, depression and anxiety.
Having a self-compassion practice builds self trust, connection to your body, loving acceptance of yourself, increases comfortability with the unknown and an enhanced connection to your intuition.
What you will receive:
• A different self-compassion practice in your inbox each day
• 3 x 90 minute workshops and energetic healing sessions exploring self-compassion (these will be recorded)
• Each group will be kept small and intimate
• An online space to connect and share your experiences
• A whole lot of compassion for yourself!

• Workshops will be held via zoom and will be recorded for those unable to attend live
• Daily emails will begin Friday 1st of May
