28 days of mindful loving movement suitable for all ability levels.

Through yoga, breath work and mindfulness create presence within yourself and connection to your body. Cultivating a sense of calm and groundedness that will move with you beyond your practice and into your day.

Dedicate time to lovingly moving your body and connect with yourself each day. Learn to listen to your body on a deep level, understanding what it needs to thrive, feel loved and nurtured.

Enjoy the freedom of being able to attend the classes live or via the recording so that you can integrate the 28 days of movement into your life in a way that is sustainable and supportive to your daily life.


What’s included:

  • Instant access to pre recorded yoga classes and guided meditations to begin cultivating your connection with your body right away

  • 28 days of live classes

  • 8 live classes each week

  • A combination of flow, yin and yoga nidra classes

  • Midway check in

  • Attend classes live via zoom or practice using the recordings each day, allow the 28 days to work in with your schedule

  • Recordings remain available for a week after the session so if you love a class you can come back to it again

  • Weekday classes 6:30-7:00am Flow

  • Saturday 8:30am-9:30am Flow to Yin

  • Sunday 9:00am-10:00am Flow

  • Sunday 7:30pm-8:30pm Yin + Yoga Nidra

  • Cost: $150

  • All ability/experience levels welcome to join

  • Please note that there will be no classes on the 2nd and 3rd of March you will have access to recordings on these days, make up classes will take place on the 1st and 11th of March.
